After too much time spent wrestling with the computer (and internet) trying to get this final video to the masses I have achieved my ultimate goal. The city of Jacksonville has denied the original composition involving mushroom jellyfish so this is a small sketch of the new proposal. Im going to keep it as lively and original as possible without it becoming just another typical underwater mural.
